Austin, TX June 6, 2005: Priscilla Owen of Austin is sworn in at the Texas Supreme Court Monday morning to a seat on the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans. President Bush's nomination of Owen sparked a four-year confirmation battle in Congress.
