House Criminal Jurisprudence Testimony

Former pilot Josh Burns testifies as the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee meets Friday, December 20, 2024 to take testimony from Burns who was wrongly convicted of "shaken baby syndrome" in 2015 and later exonerated. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton again blocked the testimony of Robert Roberson in a similar case.
