Austin, TX USA July 24, 2020: Unused tote bags from the cancelled South X Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival are repurposed into patient bags as ciity officials prepare a field hospital in the Austin Convention Center. They're expecting a rush of COVID-19 patients as numbers of infected Texans continue to spike The hospital is prepared to handle hundreds of mild to moderate cases that are overwhelming hospitals in the Rio Grande Valley.
