  • Round Rock, Texas:  Solar cars signed up in the Winston Solar Challenge race for high school teams go through practice runs Monday morning at Dell Computer Corporation in Round Rock where the teams will start Tuesday in a cross-country race.  Seven high school teams from Texas, Mississippi, California, Puerto Rico and South Carolina will compete.  Team from Juarez, Mexico readies their car for testing.
